Entry requirements

A level: 104 points from a minimum of two A levels. BTEC: DMM. If you hold a BTEC qualification it is vital that you provide our Admissions team with details of the exact modules you have studied as part of the BTEC. Access to HE Diploma: Pass an Access to HE Diploma (preferably Art and Design or combined) with at least 33 credits at Merit and/or Distinction. T level: Merit in any subject. International Baccalaureate: 26 points. Other qualifications: Other combinations and non-A level qualifications also considered.

About this course

BSc (Hons) in Civil Engineering, combining architectural design with building engineering principles. Core topics include Control Systems, Research Methods, Legal Analysis, and Critical & Analytical Thinking. The programme includes an optional 48-week industry placement and leads to professional accreditation from both CIOB and CABE. A student-led dissertation project in the final year allows in-depth investigation of a construction-related topic.
