Entry requirements
GCSE: All applicants must have GCSE (or equivalent) mathematics and English at grade 4 / C or above. A level: 104 points from a minimum of two A levels. 18 Unit BTEC National Diploma/QCF Extended Diploma: DMM. BTEC National Diploma modules: If you hold a BTEC qualification it is vital that you provide our Admissions team with details of the exact modules you have studied as part of the BTEC. Please explicitly state the full list of modules within your qualification at the time of application. All Access courses: Pass Access to HE Diploma (e.g. Science, Humanities) with 33 Level 3 credits at Merit or Distinction. T level: Merit in any subject. International Baccalaureate: 26 overall. English and Mathematics accepted within.
About this course
BSc (Hons) in Geography. Core topics include Fieldwork, Data Analysis, Programming, Environmental Analysis, and Research Methods. The programme offers an optional placement year and incorporates fieldwork in the South West and international locations. Students complete an independent research project addressing a real-world geographical challenge.
