Entry requirements
GCSE: Mathematics and English language grade C. A level: 104 points from a minimum of two A levels. 18 Unit BTEC National Diploma/QCF Extended Diploma: DMM. All Access courses: Pass a named Access to HE Diploma (e.g. science, humanities,combined), (including GCSE English and Mathematics grade C /4 or above or equivalent) with at least 33 credits at merit. T level: Merit in any subject. International Baccalaureate: 26-27 overall. English and mathematics must be included.
About this course
BSc (Hons) in Geography and Earth and Environmental Sciences. Core topics include Programming, Data Analysis, Research Methods, Fieldwork, Environmental Analysis, and Ethics & Professional Practice. The course is based in a coastal location with fieldwork in the South West and at international destinations. Students may undertake an optional placement year and complete an independent research project.
