BSc Occupational Therapy with Integrated Foundation Year
Entry requirements
GCSE: Achieved 3 GCSEs grade C/4 or above to include Mathematics, English, and Science. We can consider Functional Skills Level 2 in Numeracy in place of GCSE Maths. A level: 32 UCAS tariff points, including a minimum of 2 A levels. BTEC: PPP in Science, Health or Social Science. T level: Pass overall (Including a C in Core Component) in Health or Science Pathway. Access to HE Diploma: Preferably in Science/Health. Pass a named Access Course. International Baccalaureate: 24 points overall to include 3 at Higher Level in a Science subject. English language: We are aware of the various education systems throughout the world and make offers based on equivalent qualifications to those listed in our entry requirements. You should be able to possess the ability to study in the English language and be familiar with this in a scientific context. To that end, we ask for a minimum IELTS score of at least 7.0, with a minimum score of 6.5 in each section. English language requirements. We welcome applicants with international qualifications. About this course
BSc (Hons) in Occupational Therapy, exploring how engagement in everyday activities supports health and wellbeing across the lifespan. Core topics include research methods, ethics and professional practice, and human behaviour. The programme includes practice placements in settings such as NHS and community care, and students undertake a final-year project focused on evidence-based practice.
