FD in Mechanical Engineering. Core topics include Microelectronics, Statistics, Mathematical Modelling, Engineering Design, Communication & Writing, and Ethics & Professional Practice. Delivered over two years by Belfast Metropolitan College in collaboration with Queen's University Belfast, the curriculum includes a work-based learning module. Graduates can progress directly to Stage 2 of a BEng Honours degree in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering.
