About this course

BA in History and Archaeology and Classics, combining the study of ancient civilisations with archaeological methods. Core topics include Research Methods, Fieldwork, and Ethics & Professional Practice. The programme is shared with the Department of Classics and includes a professional placement year in the third year. Students also have access to the Ure Museum of Greek Archaeology on campus and artefact-focused teaching at the British Museum's Archaeological Research Collection.
