Entry requirements
A level: BBB including Art or related subject (Art, Craft and Design, Fine Art, Graphic Communication, Textile Design, Three-dimensional Design, Photography). As part of the application process for this programme, you will be required to attend an interview. IB: 30 points overall including 5 in Art at higher level or related subject (Art, Craft and Design, Fine Art, Graphic Communication, Textile Design, Three-dimensional Design, Photography).
About this course
BA in Primary Education with Art Specialism, leading to Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Core topics include Policy Analysis and Global & Comparative Perspective. The course includes three professional placements in partnership primary schools, with the final year incorporating research engagement. The art specialism provides access to facilities including a print room, ceramic and kiln space, a dark room, and individual studio bays.
