Entry requirements
A level: BBB, including an accepted subject. Accepted subjects: Biology, Business, Chemistry, Economics, Environmental Science/Studies, Geography, Geology, Law, Maths, Physics, Politics, Psychology, Sociology. IB: 30 points overall, including higher level study in an accepted subject.
About this course
BSc in Food Science and Innovation / Food Science and Nutrition and Geography. Core topics include Statistics, Research Methods, Project Management, Accounting, Environmental Analysis, and Ethics & Professional Practice. The course is accredited by the Institute of Sustainability and Environmental Professionals (ISEP), entitling students to free membership and a pathway to Practitioner status. A compulsory independent research project is completed in the final year, and two residential field courses in coastal and urban environments are included.
