About this course
BSc in Food Science and Innovation / Food Science and Nutrition and Geography. Core topics include environmental analysis, data analysis, statistics, research methods, marketing, and ethics and professional practice. The programme is approved by the Institute of Sustainability and Environmental Professionals (ISEP) and includes two compulsory residential field courses. An independent research project in the final year is embedded within a School research group.
