A level: BBB, including an accepted subject. Accepted subjects: Biology, Business, Chemistry, Economics, Environmental Science/Studies, Geography, Geology, Law, Maths, Physics, Politics, Psychology, Sociology. IB: 30 points overall, including higher level study in an accepted subject.
About this course
BSc in Food Science and Innovation / Food Science and Nutrition and Geography, combining food science with geographical study. Core topics include Statistics, Research Methods, Environmental Analysis, and Ethics & Professional Practice. The course includes a year-long work placement between the second and final year, and two compulsory residential field courses in the UK and Netherlands. An independent research project in the final year is embedded within a research group.
