About this course
BSc in Nutrition with Foundation, combining the study of nutrition and health with a dedicated foundation year. Core topics include Data Analysis, Laboratory Techniques, Research Methods, and Ethics & Professional Practice. The four-year programme includes a foundation year covering biology, chemistry, and sustainability before progressing into the BSc Nutrition curriculum. Students complete a research project in their final year and develop skills towards UKVRN Registered Associate Nutritionist registration.
