A level: Our typical offers are expressed in terms of A level, BTEC and International Baccalaureate requirements. However, we also accept many other qualifications. AAB, including A level Mathematics and Physics. IB: 34 points overall including 5 in Maths and 5 in Physics, both at higher level.
About this course
MMet in Meteorology and Climate, an Earth and Environmental Sciences degree combining atmospheric science with oceanography. Core topics include Programming, Data Analysis, Statistics, Mathematical Modelling, Research Methods, and Fieldwork. Approved by the Royal Meteorological Society, the degree is a pathway to Registered Meteorologist or Chartered Meteorologist accreditation. The third year is spent at the University of Oklahoma, and the final year includes an independent research project with masters-level options.
