A level: ABB-BBB (Required subjects: A-level Biology, plus a pass in the practical element We require English Language and Mathematics GCSE at grade 4(C)) IB: 6,5,5 at Higher Level or a minimum of 32 points overall including Higher Level Biology
About this course
BSc in Biology, examining the structure, function, evolution and diversity of living organisms. Core topics include Data Analysis, Statistics, Laboratory Techniques, Research Methods, Fieldwork, and Clinical Skills. Laboratory-based and field-based practicals feature in the first and second years, with a Year in Industry placement commencing after the second year. The final year centres on an individual research project supervised by academic staff.
