About this course

English with Integrated Foundation Year in English Language and Linguistics. Core topics include Research Methods and Critical & Analytical Thinking. The Foundation Year shares modules across Arts and Humanities departments, with students progressing to BA English upon completion. Over 40 optional modules span medieval to contemporary literature, and a third-year dissertation allows independent research on a specialist topic.
