About this course
MSci in Earth and Environmental Sciences, focusing on geological processes and their environmental implications. Core topics include Programming, Data Analysis, Statistics, Research Methods, Fieldwork, and Project Management. The programme includes an industrial placement year and a final-year independent research project requiring at least 21 days of geological mapping. Fieldwork training spans multiple years, with courses to locations including Devon, Pembrokeshire, Scotland, Almeria, and Tenerife or Cyprus.
