About this course
BSc in Earth and Environmental Sciences, exploring the physical processes that shape our planet. Core topics include Programming, Data Analysis, Fieldwork, and Communication & Writing. Students undertake independent geological field mapping of a 15–25 sq km area and complete progressive fieldwork training across multiple UK and international locations. An industrial placement year is available, and the programme culminates in a geological mapping or environmental data collection dissertation project.
