A level: ABB-BBB (Required subjects: At least one A-level in an essay based subject. We require English Language and Mathematics GCSE at grade 4 (C) Grade B at A-level in French for the advanced level language pathway. For the beginners' language pathway there is no language requirement.) IB: 6,5,5 at Higher level or 32 points overall. Including an essay-based subject
About this course
BA in Politics and International Relations and French and Francophone Studies, combining political systems with the French language and Francophone cultures. Core topics include policy analysis, communication and writing, critical and analytical thinking, and global and comparative perspective. The course is taught jointly by two departments. A compulsory year abroad in a French-speaking country is formally assessed as part of the degree.
