Entry requirements
GCSE: In addition to Level 3 requirements, you must have evidence of Level 2 GCSE English and Maths at Grade C/4 or above. UCAS tariff: 112 UCAS points. A level: 112 UCAS points. Two full A-Levels required as a minimum. All subjects accepted. BTEC: DMM. T level: Overall Grade M - any subject accepted. Must have passed all components. Access to HE: A minimum of 112 UCAS Tariff Points from a QAA Approved Level 3 Access to HE Diploma. Scottish Highers: Two Scottish Higher Levels required. IB: 32 points overall. Must have passed the full International Baccalaureate to be considered. Irish Leaving Certificate: Two Higher Levels required.
About this course
BSc (Hons) in Civil Engineering. The programme is accredited by the Chartered Association of Building Engineers (CABE). A multidisciplinary project in the second year involves collaborative practice-based working with industry guest speakers, and the third-year Practice module covers construction industry management and the regulatory legal context of architecture.
