About this course

BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying, covering the assessment, design and management of buildings throughout their lifecycle. Core topics include Legal Analysis, Data Analysis, Engineering Design, Design & Creative Practice, Ethics & Professional Practice, and Communication & Writing. The programme is accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), the Chartered Association of Building Engineers (CABE) and the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB). Students complete a Discipline Research Project at Level 6 and a team-based Building Surveying Project set in a complex refurbishment scenario.
