GCSE: In addition to Level 3 requirements, you must have evidence of Level 2 GCSE English and Maths at Grade C/4 or above. UCAS tariff: 104 UCAS points. A level: 104 Tariff Points. Two full A-levels required as a minimum. BTEC: MMM T level: Merit. Any subject accepted. Must have passed all components. Scottish Highers: 104 Tariff Points. Two Highers required as a minimum. Irish Leavers Certificate: 104 Tariff Points. Two Highers required as a minimum. IB: 28 points. Access to HE: 104 Tariff Points. Must be QAA-approved.
About this course
BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying. Core topics include Research Methods, Legal Analysis, Communication & Writing, and Critical & Analytical Thinking. The course is accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). A final-year Discipline Research Project allows independent investigation of a chosen topic with a dedicated supervisor.
