Entry requirements
GCSE: In addition to Level 3 requirements, you must have evidence of Level 2 GCSE English and Maths at Grade C/4 or above. UCAS tariff: 64 UCAS points. At least one full A level is required. A level: 64 UCAS Tariff Points. At least one full A level is required. BTEC: MPP. T level: Overall Grade P (D or E) in any Subject. Scottish Highers: 64 UCAS Tariff Points from Higher Level. At least one full Higher level is required. Irish Leaving Certificate: 64 UCAS Tariff Points from Higher Level. At least one full Higher level is required. IB: 24 points overall. Must have passed the full International Baccalaureate to be considered. Access to HE: A minimum of 64 UCAS Tariff Points from a QAA Approved Level 3 Access to HE Diploma.
About this course
BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying, covering construction, property valuation, and building pathology. Core topics include Legal Analysis, Engineering Design, Data Analysis, Design & Creative Practice, and Ethics & Professional Practice. Accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), the Chartered Association of Building Engineers (CABE), and the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB). The programme includes a discipline research project and a collaborative building surveying project in a refurbishment and construction context.
