Entry requirements
GCSE: Maths and English at grade C / grade 4 or above, or equivalent Functional Skills (L2). You must fulfil our GCSE entry requirements as well as one of the requirements listed below. UCAS tariff: 104 UCAS points A level: 104 UCAS points BTEC: DMM T level: Merit Access to HE: 104 UCAS points from 45 level 3 credits Scottish Highers: 104 UCAS points from minimum of 2 Advanced Highers Irish Leaving Certificate: 104 UCAS points from a minimum of 2 higher level subjects including a minimum of H7 (D3) or O4 (C3) in Maths and English European Baccalaureate: Pass Diploma with 60% or above IB: 30 Points including a grade 5 standard level Maths and 6 in standard level English or 4 higher level Maths and 5 higher level English
About this course
BSc (Hons) in Business and Biosciences, exploring how entrepreneurs identify opportunities, create value and build ventures. Core topics include Programming, Entrepreneurship, Research Methods, Project Management, Critical & Analytical Thinking, and Ethics & Professional Practice. The final-year Integrated Learning Project offers a choice of research dissertation, consultancy project, or entrepreneurial simulation. The programme includes a Young Enterprise collaboration where students create and manage a start-up with industry mentors.
