Entry requirements
GCSE: In addition to Level 3 requirements, you must have evidence of Level 2 GCSE English and Maths at Grade C/4 or above. UCAS tariff: 104 - 112 UCAS points. A level: 104-112 UCAS points. At least two full A levels required. Geography preferred but not essential. BTEC: DMM. T level: Overall grade M. Any subject accepted. Must have passed all components. Access to HE: 104-112 UCAS points from a QAA Approved Level 3 Access to HE Diploma. Scottish Highers: 104-112 UCAS points from Higher Level. Irish Leaving Certificate: 104-112 UCAS points from Higher Level. IB: 30 points.
About this course
BSc (Hons) in Geography. Core topics include Statistics, Fieldwork, Research Methods, and Environmental Analysis. The programme is accredited by the Royal Geographical Society and offers international fieldwork, with recent trips to Prague. In the second year, students complete a Consultancy Project involving a real-world project for an external client, with results presented at an annual conference.
