Entry requirements

GCSE: In addition to Level 3 requirements, you must have evidence of Level 2 GCSE English and Maths at Grade C/4 or above. UCAS tariff: 64 UCAS points. A level: 64 UCAS Tariff Points from a minimum of 1 A-Level. BTEC: MPP. T level: Overall Grade P (D or E) in any Subject. About this course

BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying. Core topics include data analysis, research methods, ethics and professional practice, and design and creative practice. The programme includes a professional practice project involving client briefs and environmental design criteria, and an introduction to digital technologies for the built environment. Students complete a research project in their final year and work in multi-disciplinary teams on collaborative projects.
