About this course
BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying, combining building pathology, construction technology and building conservation. Core topics include Fieldwork, Project Management, Research Methods, Data Analysis, Communication & Writing, and Ethics & Professional Practice. The programme is accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Chartered Institute of Building. An optional sandwich placement year is available, with a minimum 48-week placement integrated into the degree.
