About this course
BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying, combining quantity surveying with commercial management. Core topics include Data Analysis, Research Methods, Fieldwork, Ethics & Professional Practice, and Global & Comparative Perspective. An optional sandwich placement year provides industry experience, and the course includes a final-year research project. Accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, the Chartered Institute of Building, and the Chartered Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors.
