About this course
BSc (Honours) in Nutrition, covering the science of food, ingredients and diets and their impact on health and wellbeing. Core topics include Laboratory Techniques, Research Methods, Data Analysis, Marketing, Communication & Writing, and Ethics & Professional Practice. This course is accredited by the Association for Nutrition, enabling graduates to apply for Direct Entry Registration with the UK Voluntary Register of Nutritionists. An optional sandwich placement year of at least 24 weeks provides integrated professional work experience.
