LLB Law Accelerated Programme
About this course
Bachelor of Laws in Law Accelerated Programme, a law degree delivered over an intensive two-year schedule. Core topics include Research Methods and Legal Analysis. The programme fast-tracks standard qualification requirements into a compressed format for non-law graduates. The first year covers core foundational subjects through Constitutional and Administrative Law, Contract Law, Criminal Law [AJP], Environment, Sustainability and International Law, and Legal System, Skills and Reasoning [AJ]. The second year addresses advanced legal principles via Equity and Trusts (AJP), European Union (EU) Law and UK-EU relationship: Foundations, Land Law (AJ), Legal Research, and Tort Law, alongside a compulsory research proposal. Optional modules allow students to explore specialist areas such as Admiralty Law: Practice and Procedure, Competition Law, Environmental Justice and the Law, and International Criminal Law. A final-year dissertation option is available through Legal Writing.
