About this course

BSc (Hons) Building Surveying, covering construction project management, building maintenance and the built environment. Core topics include Project Management, Legal Analysis, Data Analysis, Statistics, Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning, and Research Methods. The first year provides a broad industry introduction before specialisation in project management in later years. An independent research project and an optional placement opportunity are included in the programme.
