About this course
BSc (Hons) Building Surveying, combining construction technology, data analysis and project management. Core topics include Programming, Data Analysis, Statistics, Research Methods, Project Management, Legal Analysis, Engineering Design, Ethics & Professional Practice, and Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning. A final-year independent research project on a built environment challenge is studied alongside modules covering BIM workflows, CAD, and construction contracts including NEC, JCT and FIDIC frameworks.
