About this course

BSc in Chemistry. Core topics include Statistics, Laboratory Techniques, and Research Methods. Accredited by the Royal Society of Chemistry, it fulfils the educational requirements for Chartered Chemist registration. Students may undertake a 12-month placement at a chemical company or within the department, and the final year includes a Literature Review dissertation and a group Practical Project.
