About this course
BA Joint Hons Finance & Human Resource Management, combining finance with human resource management. Core topics include Data Analysis, Statistics, Financial Analysis, Accounting, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, and Social & Cultural Analysis. The programme includes modules on recruitment and selection, training and development, rewards, diversity, and managing conflict at work.
