About this course
BA in Social Policy and History, examining social welfare systems and historical change. Core topics include Research Methods, Historical Research, Social & Cultural Analysis, and Global & Comparative Perspective. The programme offers an optional work placement in the third year, where students apply historical knowledge in professional settings. Students progress to Honours level in the fourth year, with a compulsory historiography and research methods module.
