About this course

BA in Psychology and Social Policy, combining the scientific study of human behaviour with the analysis of welfare systems and public policy. Core topics include Research Methods, Statistics, Data Analysis, Psychological Assessment, Social & Cultural Analysis, and Ethics & Professional Practice. The degree includes a supervised year four dissertation involving original research, and an optional work placement of at least 60 hours in a relevant organisation.
