About this course
BSc in Architecture, an architecture degree centred on spatial design, structural principles, and the historical context of the built environment. The first year introduces foundational themes through modules such as Historical and Cultural Developments of Cities and their Architecture, Environmental Design, Structure, Materials and Forming Techniques, and Making Cities: The Production of the Built Environment. The second year progresses through Design Technology II, Ethics and Agency, History and Theory of Architecture, and successive design projects. The third year continues this studio and theoretical focus with Design Technology, History and Theory of Architecture, and further practical architecture projects.
