IB: 34 points (A total of 16 points in three higher level subjects, with no higher level score below 5. About this course
MSci in Construction Project Management, a building surveying degree focusing on the delivery and management of construction projects. Core topics include Data Analysis, Statistics, Research Methods, Legal Analysis, and Ethics & Professional Practice. The course spans four academic years. The first year covers foundational concepts through Industry 1: The Construction Ecosystem, Management 1: People and Organisations, Professional Practice 1: Introduction to Law and Contracts, and Technology 1: Data and Digital Delivery. The second year progresses to advanced topics including Management 3: New Build Projects, Professional Practice 4: Business Statistics and Data Analytics, Professional Practice 5: Project Financial Control and Reporting, and Building and Infrastructure Asset Management. The third year involves integrated study such as Integration 1: The Net Zero Carbon Building and Integration 2: End-to-end Value Delivery, alongside optional modules in design, technology, project management, and estate management. The fourth year offers optional modules including the MSci Dissertation and Integration 3: Project Leadership Practices.
