Entry requirements

A level: AAB (Previous study of a foreign language is preferred (not necessarily one of the named languages) but not required. Applicants may study two languages at beginner level and may seek advice from the departments concerned if needed.) IB: 36 points (A total of 17 points in three higher level subjects, with no higher level score below 5. Foreign language preferred.)

About this course

BA in Dutch and Management Studies, a business and management and german degree examining the interaction between Dutch culture and organisational practices. Core topics include Project Management, Accounting, Marketing, Entrepreneurship. The course includes a compulsory year abroad spent studying in the target language region. The first year covers the foundations through An Introduction to Dutch Language and Culture, Introduction to Dutch Studies 1, Understanding Management and Accounting for Business. The second year proceeds with Intermediate Dutch Language and Culture, Competitive Strategy, Managerial Accounting for Decision Making and Business and Society. The third year consists of SELCS Year Abroad Term 1 and SELCS Year Abroad Term 2. The fourth year concludes with Advanced Dutch Language and Culture, Strategic Project Management, and optional modules such as Project in Dutch or Corporate Financial Strategy.
