About this course

BSc in International Management, a business and management degree centred on organisational leadership, operational strategy and global commerce. Core topics include Research Methods, Accounting, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, and Global & Comparative Perspective. The course offers the option of an additional year abroad or in industry. The first year covers foundational concepts through compulsory modules such as Organisations, Management and Society, Economics for Business and Management, Accounting for Business and Management, and Organisational Behaviour. The second year addresses more advanced topics, with compulsory study in Cross-Cultural Management, International Strategy, International Business-Government Relationships, and Perspectives on Globalisation, alongside optional choices including Competitive Strategy, Digital Strategy and Transformation, and Law for Managers. The final year involves compulsory modules such as Global Negotiation and Decision-making, Digital Strategy and Innovation in International Contexts, and Managing Change in Organisations and Society, coupled with a Participatory Research Project.
