64 points at A2 BTEC Extended Diploma: MPP BTEC Diploma: MM Pass Access Course: 64 points International Baccalaureate Diploma: Pass including 64 points from Higher Level subjects T Level: P (D or E) IELTS: 6.0 with no component lower than 5.5 GCSE: 5 at grade C/4 including Maths and English or equivalent Applications from individuals with non-standard qualifications or relevant work/life experience who can demonstrate the ability to cope with and benefit from degree level studies are welcome. In line with our support of Access to Higher education your application will be considered without this if you can show the ability to enjoy and benefit from degree level studies. We look for alternative or professional qualifications, life experience, motivation, and commitment. If you have not studied recently, you may be given a key skills assessment to enable the teaching team to direct support appropriately.
About this course
BA (Hons) in Chinese, combining language study with humanities. Core topics include Critical & Analytical Thinking. The programme includes a foundation year designed to prepare students for degree-level study, with successful completion enabling progression onto the main degree. Students complete an independent Humanities Foundation Project as part of their studies.
