About this course

BSc (Hons) in Mathematics, combining statistics with mathematical modelling. Core topics include programming, statistics, mathematical modelling, research methods, and project management. The programme includes a foundation year with applications of mathematics in physics and engineering, allowing progression onto mathematics, physics, astrophysics, or engineering degrees. A Level 3 dissertation provides guided research in a chosen area of mathematics.
