ABB at A2 including Biology or PE or Human Biology or Psychology BTEC Extended Diploma: DDM in related subject Pass Access Course: 128 UCAS points International Baccalaureate Diploma: Pass including 128 points from Higher Level Subjects T Level at Grade D in Health or Healthcare Science All International Applicants must achieve IELTS: 7.0 or equivalent with no component lower than 6.5 or equivalent GCSEs: 5 at grade B/5 including Maths, English Language and Science Applicants are required to attend a selection day when they will be interviewed for the course A satisfactory Criminal records declaration (DBS/Disclosure Scotland) and Occupational Health clearance are required for this course.
About this course
BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy. Core topics include Clinical Skills and Ethics & Professional Practice. The programme includes practice-based placement modules with opportunities to work within interprofessional teams, and students complete an elective placement in a chosen area. Placement locations include Blackburn Rovers Academy, Florida and the university's Cyprus Campus, and students work alongside Comensus volunteers to explore patient journeys from a lived experience viewpoint.
