These are assessed on a case-by-case basis. About this course

BSc (Hons) Building Surveying, addressing the technical, legal and managerial aspects of construction projects. Core topics include Project Management, Legal Analysis, Engineering Design, Data Analysis, Statistics, and Communication & Writing. Shared first-year modules with Civil Engineering and Surveying provide a foundation before specialising in building surveying disciplines. A capstone project in the final year allows independent research in a chosen field of study.
