Entry requirements
UCAS tariff points You will need one of the following: 112 UCAS points (standard offer), or 96 UCAS points (contextual offer) Read more about contextual offer eligibility. Points must come from a Level 3 qualification listed on the UCAS tariff calculator. Accepted qualifications We accept: A Levels in at least two subjects. Must have A Level in Mathematics and Physics Grade C BTEC Extended Diploma – DMM (standard) / MMM (contextual) in a relevant topic. Must include Merit in both Mathematics and Further Mathematics T Levels in a relevant subject International Baccalaureate – 24 points including a minimum of 15 points at Higher Level. Must have 5 points in Mathematics at Higher Level We also welcome applications from students who are taking Level 3 or higher qualifications not on the UCAS tariff calculator. These are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Additional requirements You will also need: GCSE English Grade 4/C or Level 2 Functional Skills in English GCSE Mathematics Grade 4/C or Level 2 Functional Skills in Mathematics International qualifications We accept a wide range of European and international qualifications in addition to A-levels, the International Baccalaureate and BTEC qualifications. About this course
MEng Civil Engineering (Integrated Masters). Core topics include Engineering Design, Research Methods, Design & Creative Practice, and Critical & Analytical Thinking. The programme is endorsed by the Joint Board of Moderators for aspiring Incorporated Engineers (IEng). A Capstone Project is completed in the final year, and a residential field course supports the engineering surveying curriculum.
