Entry requirements
A level: CCC Applicants may satisfy the requirement for an A level C grade by substituting a combination of alternative qualifications to the same standard as defined by the University.
About this course
BA (Hons) in Irish Studies and Education, combining Irish language and literature with educational theory and practice. Core topics include Research Methods. Students take two Irish modules and one Education module each semester, with Irish language modules progressing from B2 to C1 level under the CEFR. The programme includes an Industrial Educational Placement in an educational setting and an individual project on an Irish Studies topic.
