Entry requirements

A level: BCC Geography, Biology, Physics, Chemistry, Environmental Technology/Science or Life & Health Sciences. These subjects are not required, but they may help with course progression and could be used to decide between applicants who do not fully meet their offer if places are still available.

About this course

BSc (Hons) in Environmental Science. Core topics include Statistics, Research Methods, Fieldwork, Environmental Analysis, and Project Management. The course is accredited by the Institution of Environmental Sciences and includes an industrial placement year or study abroad. A residential field course in Portugal takes place in the second year, and students complete a research dissertation in the final year.
