About this course
BSc (Hons) in Food Science and Innovation. Core topics include Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Accounting, Project Management and Research Methods. The programme includes a 48-week industrial placement and an optional study abroad semester. Students complete an individual research paper in their final year.
