Entry requirements
A level: CCC Applicants may satisfy the requirement for the final A level grade (C) by substituting a combination of alternative qualifications to the same standard as defined by the University.
About this course
BMus (Hons) in Music, delivered part-time over six years. Core topics include Research Methods, Critical & Analytical Thinking, and Design & Creative Practice. The programme is built around four core elements: Performance, Composition, Musicology and Music Technology, with all Level 4 modules compulsory. An industrial placement offers experience as a paid employee in a creative industry, and the programme culminates in an independent research project.
