About this course
BSc (Hons) in Speech and Language Therapy. Core topics include Research Methods, Clinical Skills, Ethics & Professional Practice, and Language & Translation. Clinical placements run across all three years, totalling over 480 supervised hours in child and adult settings plus at least 100 hours in eating, drinking and swallowing placements. The programme meets HCPC Standards of Proficiency requirements, and a first-year interprofessional foundations module introduces collaborative practice across health professions.
