About this course

BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying, covering the commercial and financial management of construction projects. Core topics include Research Methods and Ethics and Professional Practice. The programme is accredited by the Chartered Institute of Building, the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, and the Chartered Institute of Civil Engineering Surveyors. A sandwich placement year is available and may count towards professional development for Chartered status.
