About this course
BA (Hons) History with a Foundation Year, exploring historical study across ancient, medieval, and modern periods. Core topics include Fieldwork, Social & Cultural Analysis, and Global & Comparative Perspective. The Foundation Year is delivered as a distance-learning programme across three semesters each year. From the second year, an interdisciplinary Basic Studies model spans years two and three, while the fourth year focuses on two strands for in-depth study.
